Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
- Cancellation Policy:
- Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to the total time reserved. Reservations may be rescheduled once without incurring additional charges, provided the new booking is within 7 days of the original reservation. Please note that rescheduled reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a refund.
- 24 Hour or Less Cancellations: Cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to the total time reserved.
- 24 Hour and Over Cancellations: Cancellations made at 24 hours or more from your scheduled appointment will NOT incur any charges.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking, you will be charged the full hourly rate for the time originally reserved.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your booking, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee applies.
- Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. To accommodate scheduling adjustments, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your booking to avoid a cancellation fee. Please note that same-day cancellations will incur the full hourly rate for the reserved time slot, as the short notice prevents us from offering the space to other customers.
