Memberships

Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable membership fee of $50 will be paid to Hook It Golf LLC once a membership has been initiated
• Memberships are valid Monday through Sunday during open hours
• Memberships are non-transferable
• Monthly allowance of hours will not be rolled over to the following month if not used
• Members will be asked for valid identification at check-in to confirm membership (drivers license, credit/debit card, etc)
• Members are allowed to bring up to 3 guest players, each guest will be charged a $12/hour guest fee. Maximum 4 players at each bay.
• All appointments must be booked online at www.hookitgolf.com or via the phone with a representative of Hook It Golf LLC
• Appointments are booked on a first come first serve basis
• Any no-shows for an appointment will count against the monthly allowance of the membership
• All cancellations must be done at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, if a cancellation is not done at least 2 hours in advance then the booking will count against the monthly allowance
• Cancellations can be done via the phone with a Hook It Golf representative or canceled via the cancellation link on the confirmation email that is sent when an appointment is booked.
• Membership is a month-to-month contract and can be canceled after a minimum of 1 month
• Cancellations must be done by the 15th day of the month to cancel for the following month's dues, memberships will not be prorated.
• Cancellation notices need to be sent to [email protected] with members name and desired cancellation date.
• Hook It Golf LLC has a right to change memberships fees/structure up to one time per calendar year. All changes must be communicated to members 60 days in advance about any changes going into effect.
• Monthly membership dues must be setup on automatic payment via Hook It Golf LLC payment system
• Any failed payment due to customer card issue may result in cancellation of membership and a $50 membership fee may be incurred to re-initiate membership
